| Comply with all applicable legislation, codes of practice and regulatory controls as a minimum and establish targets that are reviewed at least annually for improving our environmental impact. |

| Will take the following actions to help with the prevention of pollution. |

| CFS will continue to reduce our sewer emission measured parameters to levels below our consent limits in advance of any further reductions in the set levels. |

| Maintain a high level of performance on emissions to atmosphere to at least match each previous year. |
| |
| Identify ways of recycling all waste materials and monitor performance for improvements. |
| |
| Reduce our energy and use of natural resources where possible and maintain efficient use of such resources. |
| |
| To manage chemicals on site from receipt, through storage and then in production to ensure appropriate measures are taken to avoid land contamination from spillages etc, and that they are used correctly and that waste is avoided. |

| To manage the various stored fuel resources on site to ensure contamination of land/water courses is avoided. |
| |
| To ensure all suppliers of chemicals are aware of the Company environmental expectations on the materials they supply. |
| |
| Establish targets for improvement and monitor improvement through appropriate measurement. |
| |
| To make this policy available to all staff, visitors and the public. |
| |
| To undertake the appropriate training for all staff, via external and internal resource, to ensure understanding of Company objectives. |
