This is the original tannage for English Goodrea-welted footwear. The natural fibre structure is drawn together to produce this traditional "buck"suede appearance with tremendously hard-wearing properties. Dry in character, firm in handle, Cape Butt suede will not suffer the worn, polished look common in most suedes.
